Our law firm was established in the early 1950s by the late Dr. Ulrich Faulhaber, who kept close contact to the trade association of iron and steel and to important insurance companies. He formed a partnership with Klaus Pakutz with whom the firm's cases with the SoKaBau started. When the founder retired, Georg Groth - who had just obtained a doctorate from Cologne Professor Gerhard Kegel - continued.

Dr. Nagel who obtained a doctorate from Prof. Friauf, Cologne, joined the team after having made a career in federal administrations and as the administrative head of a university. She is a member of the board of the association for the promotion of German and International Science law.
