Our fees are regulated by the German advocates fees law (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz).
This can also mean, esp. in case of pleading before off-Duesseldorf-courts that we may require an agreement concerning our fees. There is no contingent fee or quota litis.
In case of social insurance and criminal procedure the German law knows lump-sum fees with lower and upper limits. In most other cases courts and lawyers' fees are dependent on the value in dispute.
By the way: in Germany normally the losing party has to recover its opponents' lawyers fees. However, before the labour courts of first stage each party has to cover its own legal expenses.
Unless otherwise agreed we'll charge a consumer with a maximum of 190,-- € plus VAT.
If you cannot afford the legal fees and you do not have a legal expenses insurance we'll help you to obtain free legal aid.
